All Stiltz residential elevators are designed with home living in mind and, for this reason, we give all customers the opportunity to add bespoke colours to their elevators.
The Stiltz Duo Home Elevator and Stiltz Trio Home Elevator all include a standard coated finish. If you were to make no amends to the look and feel of your home elevator, you would receive your elevator in this neutral, soft ivory colour.
But for a small additional charge, there are a range of colours you can choose from to suit your taste – or even match the décor of your house. Our home elevators are sold not just in New Zealand but worldwide and we have provided customers with a pink lift, a black lift and one even slotted into an old-fashioned telephone box to fit with the style and design of the customer’s entertaining space.
It is also possible to change the colour of the supporting rails, the interior ceiling and the lid of lift. On the lid of the lift, we would usually recommend a piece of flooring which matches the room upstairs, where the lift travels down from. This allows the flooring of the room upstairs to flow nicely when the elevator is stationed downstairs.

Stiltz can also offer different interior car finishes such as the wall lining or floor finish. As standard, all Stiltz residential elevators are fitted with a cream colour lining, but this could be customised to the décor of your home if required. We are very flexible and one of our customers even chose to hang a painting inside the cabin of their Stiltz home lift.
The standard floor finish is woven navy colour carpet. It is non-slip, easy to clean and very durable. But as with the wall lining, the floor finish could be customised to your requirements including carpeting the areas surrounding the elevator.
Our standard finish is neutral and sophisticated. It is designed to be admired and then blend effortlessly into the background. However, if you would like to customise your elevator, we are at your total disposition.
